For web agencies and freelancers

Website monitoring and client care for web agencies

Know the moment a client's site goes down, update WordPress plugins in a click, keep every login safe and log the hours you can bill. All in one dashboard, priced in rand.

No card needed. Paid plans from R350 a month.

The 200 Online dashboard: each client website on its own card, with uptime, PageSpeed scores, update dates and its client
The real 200 Online dashboard, shown with demo data

Your clients assume someone is watching their website

Most of the time, that someone finds out from the client. 200 Online is the dashboard that makes sure it is you, first.

You hear about downtime from the client

A phone call at 07:40 is a terrible alert system. It also costs you trust you spent years building.

Updates pile up across 40 wp-admins

Logging in to every site to check plugins eats a morning a week, so it slips, and slipped updates are how sites get hacked.

Logins in a spreadsheet, hours in your head

Hosting passwords in a shared sheet and unbilled hours you only half remember. Both cost you money.

Everything a client site needs

One card per site. Everything about it on that card.

Uptime monitoring that tells the client too

Checks as often as every minute. When a site goes down you get an email, and so does the client if you want them to. Every outage is logged on a timeline you can show at the next meeting.

  • Checks every 1 to 15 minutes, depending on plan
  • Alerts to you, your team and the client's contact
  • Incident history and daily uptime per site
The Uptime tab: 30-day response time chart and a daily uptime timeline with total downtime

WordPress updates without 40 logins

Install our small connector plugin and every pending plugin and theme update shows up on the site's card. Update one, or run them all. Core updates stay in wp-admin on purpose, so a person is watching when it matters.

  • Plugin and theme updates from the dashboard
  • Turn plugins on or off without logging in
  • Pending core updates flagged, never forced
The Plugins tab: pending plugin and theme updates with Update and Update all buttons, and a WordPress core notice

Client logins, locked down

Hosting, wp-admin, DNS and email logins live with the site they belong to. Encrypted with AES-256, hidden behind a PIN when you step away, and shared only with the people who need them.

  • AES-256 encryption before anything is stored
  • Idle PIN lock and two-factor login
  • Move or copy logins between sites
The Credentials tab: hosting, WordPress and Cloudflare logins stored against the site

Hours you can actually bill

Start a timer from any site or task. It follows you from laptop to phone and stops itself after two hours if you forget. At month end, export a PDF or CSV per client and send the invoice.

  • One-click timers on every site and task
  • Forgotten timers stop at 2 hours, not 14
  • PDF and CSV reports by client, site or person
The Work tab: Start Timer, quick time buttons and total hours tracked on the site

A work board your clients can see

A Kanban board for every website job. Assign tasks to your team, invite the client to comment, paste screenshots straight in and tick off checklists. Repeating tasks come back on their own.

  • Columns, priorities, due dates and checklists
  • Clients see only the tasks they're part of
  • Comments, @mentions and file attachments
The 200 Online work board: To do, In progress, Waiting on client and Done columns, with each task's client, linked websites, assignee, due date, priority, checklist progress, comments and time logged

PageSpeed scores for every site

Google's mobile PageSpeed scores for each client site, re-tested every week. Spot the slow ones before the client does, and show the improvement after you fix them.

  • Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO
  • Tested by Google, so blocked sites still get scores
  • Re-test any site on demand

Something most monitors get wrong

Down, or just blocked?

Plenty of "your site is down" alerts are a firewall or Cloudflare rule blocking the monitor while the public sees a perfectly healthy site. 200 Online shows you why each check failed, so you can tell a real outage from a blocked check, and we'll help you allow our checks so the false alarms stop.

Questions agencies ask us

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. Starter monitors up to 5 websites every 15 minutes, with email alerts and 30 days of incident history. It is free for as long as you use it and needs no card.

Do my sites need to run on WordPress?

No. Monitoring, the credential vault, time tracking and the work board work for any website. WordPress sites also get plugin and theme updates through the free 200 Online connector plugin.

Can my clients see their own sites?

Yes. Share a site with a client with view or edit access, invite them to comment on tasks, or simply turn on downtime emails to the client's contact address.

Why does a site show as offline when it works for me?

Usually a firewall or Cloudflare rule is blocking the monitoring checks, not the public. 200 Online shows you why each check failed, and allowing our checks in Cloudflare or your host's firewall fixes it.

How are client passwords protected?

Credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before they are stored, the dashboard locks behind a PIN when you step away, two-factor login is available on every account, and search never matches on passwords.

Why is there no one-click WordPress core update?

On purpose. A core update can take a site down halfway through, so 200 Online flags pending core updates and leaves the update itself to wp-admin, where a person is watching.

Can I pay in rand?

Yes. Plans are priced in rand and billed monthly through Paystack. You can cancel at any time.
